Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No, we come prepared with all of the cleaning supplies, equipment, polishing cloths, and dusters.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. Please contact us regarding alternate methods of entry.

Will the same crew be responsible for cleaning my home?

If you sign up for regular services, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, you will have the same team visit your home.

How long will the cleaning crew be at my home?

We strive to send the same team in each home, we will assign your home a Team Leader and they will be present at each clean, if there is a reason for them to be absent you will be notified in advance.

Will the cleaning crew speak English?

Yes, at least one team member of each crew at Beleaf Eco Cleaning Services speak English.

What if I have pets?

We love pets! For the safety of the team and your loved ones we request all pets be secured in an area out of the scope of work.

Do you wash and fold laundry?

Yes, we can provide this service if requested for an additional charge.

How do I pay for residential cleaning services?

Payments are due the day of your scheduled home cleaning service, most customers find it convenient to simply leave cash or check in the home, made payable to Beleaf Eco Cleaning Services. We send our invoices through Housecall Pro, which has the option to pay via credit card or ACH. You also have the option to save your information for easy check out, or sign up for automatic drafts.
